Privacy Policy

ValueBridge LLC (ValueBridge, we, us) operates the ValueBridge App at app.valuebridge.net and related sites. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites and the App.

Information we collect. Account information you provide (such as name, email address, and password). Content and data you enter in the App (portfolio, deal, and related analysis data). Usage and device information (pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser type, and similar logs). Communications you send us (for example support emails or form messages).

How we use information. To provide, maintain, and improve the App and sites. To authenticate users and secure accounts. To communicate about the service, billing, and product updates. To understand usage and fix problems. To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Your portfolio and deal data. Private equity data you enter in the App (including portfolio companies, transactions, capital structure and P&L inputs, market assumptions, and analysis results) is used only to operate the App for your account. We do not sell that data. We do not use it for our own investment analysis, marketing lists, research publications, or model training, and we do not share it with other customers. Authorized ValueBridge personnel may access App data only as needed to operate, secure, or support the service (for example to fix a technical issue you report). That access is not a license to use your data for any other purpose.

How we share information. We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, and payment processors (for example Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payments). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect ValueBridge, our users, or others.

Cookies and analytics. We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Data retention. We keep account and App data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by emailing inquiries@valuebridge.net.

Security. We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a multi-tenant cloud application, including authentication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users. The App is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

Changes. We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new Last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
